Follow up visit to previous visit for bloodwork results. Doctor was very thorough in reviewing results and possible causes. A second blood sample taken to follow up on earlier tests and a review will be given after results received.

Taylor Thomas is my primary care. She is nothing but the best. She has always listened to me, never rushed an appointment, and always taken my medical needs seriously. Love this office !

Extraordinary new patient experience. All staff I encountered are incredibly friendly, empathetic and express a genuine interest in my well-being. Promptly greeted upon arrival, no wait whatsoever, Taylor entered the patient room immediately.
She's personable, patient, attentive, displayed a genuine interest in my well-being and conveyed a deep appreciation for the opportunity to be of service. The overall experience far exceeded expectations. Respectfully, this practice is worth a consideration should you need a primary care provider in New Albany/Kentuckiana.

Dr Kavita is wonderful. She listens and allows me to participate on my health care. She and her staff are all friendly and professional. I would leave 6 stars if I could.

Dr. Lohano is extremely talented and cares about her patients. I have had more and better care with this office in the past five months than in the past 3 years with another doctor. Dr. Lohano has treated me in an extremely professional manner and I feel like I am actually getting the medical care and treatment I should have been getting for the past few years.

The staff was so nice and knowledgeable. The office is well decorated and clean. Kavita was absolutely lovely. Very personable and helpful. The visit went well. I didn't have a terrible wait. I never felt rushed by the Doctor.

Probably the best doctor I’ve ever been to. She is a very good listener and is genuinely concerned about my health and well being. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the necessary time to engage with the patient. She’s never in a rush to see the next patient and answers all of my questions. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Today I saw Dr. Lavito for the first time. She was very kind & caring & spent prob 40 min going over my prior health history & concerns. Time did not seem to be a priority to her at all. I never felt rushed at all & she told me before leaving if I thought of anything else that I forgot to ask after I left the office that I could text her. I was impressed with my first visit so I’m feeling hopeful.
