Not covered by any covered plans? Our self pay visits are $200 for new patients and $100 for established patients.
All telehealth visits are $100 paid prior to the appointment regardless of insurance company. We accept telehealth visits on self pay basis only and do not bill to insurance for these effective 1-1-2025
