About Thomas

Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Taylor Thomas, APRN, FNP-c, treats patients of all ages at Premier Primary Care. She is a current member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With her background and training in Pediatric intensive care, Dermatology, and Family and Internal Medicine, she has been providing exceptional, 5 star patient care since the year Premier Primary Care began. 

She provides a wide array of care including well woman exams and screening pap smears, birth control counseling, adult physicals, Men's health and wellness, Medicare wellness exams, child wellness visits, sports physicals, and chronic and acute illness management. She will also provide a range of procedural services including Nexplanon removal and insertion, skin tag removal, skin lesion/mole biopsies, suture/staple removal, removal of impacted ear wax, and joint injections. 

Her care starts with newborn visits right after hospital discharge and spans to enhancing the quality of life for our elderly and aging population. She has a passion for educating patients on preventative health measures and helping choose the best screenings for them. She also has a passion for educating and managing patients with multiple chronic illnesses to enhance their understanding of their disease state. She believes it is necessary to care for the whole person, and not just one system, to achieve optimal health. 

She believes that developing a close and trusting provider-patient relationship is essential to helping patients meet their healthcare goals. She focuses on looking at all aspects of a patient's life; physical, mental, spiritual, and cultural; rather than just an illness or disease, in order to provide the best care.
